Changing the Flow Direction for SAU2020 Series Filter Regulator Units

Changing the Flow Direction for SAU2020 Series Filter Regulator Units: 

*NOTE: Default Flow Direction is from Left-to-Right. This process will change flow direction Right-to-Left. The arrows on top of the Filter and front & back of the Regulator indicate the flow direction. The unit must be assembled with the Filter being the first unit in line (inlet, first unit receiving the air supply), followed by the Regulator.  

1. Remove plastic covers on each side of the unit where the ports are located.
2. Remove the two (2) mounting screws located next to the inlet port on the Filter. Once removed you should have three (3) separate units: Filter, Regulator, and Bracket with O-rings.
3. Turn the Filter so that the arrow on top of the Filter is facing Right-to-Left. Turn the Regulator so that the arrow on the front & back of the regulator is facing Right-to-Left.
4. Reinstall the gauge onto the front-facing side of the Regulator: remove the Port Plug and install into the port on the opposite side of the body (back side). Install the Pressure Gauge into the front-facing port.
5. Check O-rings for wear and damage, replace if needed. Ensure they are properly seated into the port grooves.
6. Reassemble the units with the Filter first in line, followed by the Bracket with O-rings, then the Regulator.
7. Screw in mounting screws through the side of the Filter and securely install plastic covers on each side of the unit.
